How do you snake break a dog?

Pretty easy really. Put a shock collar on him (the dog). When he sees and approaches the snake cleverly placed in his path and begins to get close shock the snot out of him. Should only need a couple or three times before he (the dog) gets the message and gives the snake a wide berth.

Interesting. A dog can move pretty fast so you'd have to really be ready to give him the shock. Knew a guy from PA who said his dog would kill rattlers. Dog had a thick coat of fur and snake would strike but only got a mouth full of fur. Dog would then proceed to kill snake. Said he did get bit once and survived. I tend to believe him as he was not a BS type guy.

The various European 26.5mm flare guns that can be had for $100 to $150 are easily and legally (in most states) converted to .45 Colt/.410 via a drop in conversion unit. It is a small matter to install a bead sight or a ready made plastic sight can be had off Ebay. Makes for a decent and relatively inexpensive snake gun.

Though shovels, hoes and rakes are cheaper still.
