Much like the great "reload" controversy, I'd like to hear some examples of self-defense incidents where a CCW -holder fought his/her way to a rifle.
Sheeesh! I hate autocorrect! So I have tried carrying the M&P 5.7 with the VNSH and it is very comfortable, even for a fat guy like myself.I have not tried to carey my M&P 5.7 x 28. It is very thin and light but barrel is long. Shooting is a blast! No recoil, my wife even said it was an easy gun to shoot. The muzzle lift/flip is almost none which makes the second shot very quick and accurate. I picked up a VNSH holster belt. I will see how it works.
Is really more suited for HD and Competiton shooting. My new CZ75BD is such a gun. I am really loving the heck out of it for feel and function and, I can really hit what I'm aiming at! Shot it some more this weekend and it is just fantastic! But it does weigh a good bit like a dump truck. What's your gun you wish you could carry but, stays in the home or sees competition and range time only?

Cz Shadow 2. Shoots like a dream, but she’s a chunky monkey to tote.I carried a Government Model, Gold Cup or Commander off duty quite a bit, but wished I could carry a 1911 type on duty also. Never really thought I'd get the chance. But during my last several years in LE, I did get the opportunity, and carried a lightly modified Government Model, or Gold Cup..

+1 on the LeMatt. That bad boy’d break ‘em go suck in’ eggs, esp that nice big tube in the middleI would like to carry my 1851 Colt 2nd gen .36 engraved or my LeMatt's. I carry a 6" STI Perfect 10 in 10mm in a IWB holster.
