The perfect candy bar is

Snickers. Or Zero. Or maybe a Snickers then a Zero for dessert!

I also liked the Powerhouse Bar, sort of Snickers/Zero fusion, but I think they are gone by the wayside.

Good strategy, Barb . . . I was always told that diet soda cancels out the calories in a candy bar

Babe Ruths are good, but dont look to appealing. Kind of like something out of the dawg pen.

Also they used to have mallo cups, my favorite. Hard chocklate on the outside and marshmellow on the inside. Two big flat round ribbed in a wrapper that looked like Reese,s but bigger.

Coffee Crisp! Hard to get in my area but Canada has them everywhere.

Yeah,...my vote too. Can hardly believe we've gone to five-pages with candy bars as a topic!

LOL!...I love this place.

What ever happened to 7-UP bars? I loved 'em when I was a kid.

Used to get the 7-UP bars at the "show house" (you know, the place where you'd go watch the movie ....) when I was a kid too. Tried to 'splain it to my family, and they thought I was crazy.

These days, my fave is a Snickers ... with a cold glass of milk. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.

Around 1980, there was Star Bar. I think Cadbury made it. Wasn't around very long. It was like a Snickers, but with rice crispys instead of peanuts.

After five pages and nobody has mentioned one of my favorites.

The Japanese "Cruncky Bar".

They love them in Japan because when you bite them... they're so "cruncky"!
