I think I remember a candy bar sold in Wisconsin, perhaps elsewhere, in the early Fifties, called "Chicken Dinner" or something like that... Anyone else recall this confection? Feralmerril seems likeliest candidate.

jkc,
You are right. There was a "Chicken Dinner" bar. Never was available around here, but I remember seeing them. Maybe this will help the memory:

This is the perfect Candy Barr! Her real name was Juanita Dale Slusher but she went by the stage name of Candy Barr. She was a well known stripper in a Dallas club when I was a kid. She also gained notoriety for her association with Jack Ruby.
For her signature striptease, she would walk on stage wearing a full Annie Oakley buckskin get-up. By the time her five-minute routine was up, she would have stripped off everything but her panties, pasties, cowboy boots, white cowboy hat and the twin holsters slung low across her hips.
Just look at that pair.... of Smith's I mean!

Try a dark chocolate Toblerone. Pure heaven!Originally posted by Gutpile Charlie:
I just like dark, bittersweet chocolate. As to bars, it doesn't make much difference. The darker the chocolate the better.
I do like Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, Hershey's Dark chocolate and Annabelle's Rock Road.
