I considered not posting it for that very reason. Folks here are smart and can decide for themselves. Joe
It's a lot of Russian sponsored techno babble, trying to obscure the fact that every single death in this war on the peaceful people of the sovereign nation of Ukraine, is 100 percent Putin's fault.
This war is the latest in more than a century of murderous Russian pogroms on the Ukrainians, and no propaganda can sugarcoat genocide.
Any Russian supporter owns this war for what it is.

FWIW, at the gun show today we had time to discuss the Ukraine. All of us are former military from the 60's- 70's, one retired Navy Capt. " Brown shoe". All agreed that Putin has some serious illness and he just does not care what he does let alone the consequences.

How so? …..

Rusty's picture doesn't show her face on, but I've seen warmer eyes on a cod that's been on the fishmonger's slab for a week. Scary.

Jiminy, the way this thread is
finally going, might as well run
a picture of Jolie from "Salt"
and discuss its implications
in current US/Russian relations.

And now poor Putin can't feed propaganda directly to the EU:

The European Commission's President Ursula von der Leyen has announced a ban on three more Russian TV channels.

....................

Although President Ursula von der Leyen did not name the three Russian channels that will be banned, according to Politico, three EU officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said they were RTR Planeta, Russia 24 and TV Centre.
