The SD line has been discontinued

The SD just didnt have a chance the price point just didnt make sense. If you want a budget gun pick the Sigma up but if you wanted an upgrade why not toss down a few extra bucks and grab the M&P over the SD

I agree with you on the price point part. The only reason I bought an SD over an M&P is I liked the feel of the SD in my hands as the SD is a tick smaller. If I had to do it all over again I might have gone with an M&P compact. Maybe. Regardless, as the feel of the gun is why I chose the SD, obviously not everyone is going to agree with me. Too many choices, too close together in price.
