Boys,
This'n here may be my last BBQ revolver........
As all the grandsons are coming on and are gonna need to be heal'd for such events.
When each comes of age, I'll let em pick and choose from the ol man treasure trove for those special things to carry on our tradition.
My son's boys as well as the daughter's are all growing up to have respect for
other folks and one another, as well as their selves, the land and the tools we use.
Sometimes those tools become objects of sport and enjoyment.
I've been blessed beyond measure with family, good friends from far and wide.....Good horses and dogs a few.
And of course a few ol shootin irons.
Stay tuned....

It is a pleasure and honor to be able to pass our traditions and tools along to the next generation, and to see that they appreciate what they have both earned and learned. My special guns will go to the grandkids when they come of age, I'll likely liquidate the others for a proper purpose....

That turned out plumb beautiful. Made me go look at my checkered top guns to see if I had the nerve to do something like that.
That is one fine shootin' iron and it don't seem to be causin' as much of a stir among the affishinado's as you was thinkin'.. Mebbe they are plannin' a lynchin' but I doubt it.

We both knows, sumtimes things in the moonlite are a
whole other deal in the broad light of day.
Besides, a feller at my station in life has gotta be careful what
he wishes for....Might lead to another habit I can't afford.
