A local hock shop has a very nice nickle 58 for sale. No box and Pachmayrs. $739.00. Its in Bryan Texas. If anyone wants it, message me and I'll send you their contact information.
I was just fixin to have a new gun to find....I know the 657's came in 3", 4", 6", and 8 3/8", but I have never even heard of a 5"....The lone 4" in my collection was hard enough to find....I would like to try out a 5" barrel though...
I think that you are on to something here Jay....
There was one series of FIXED sight 629's....
Does anyone have a new Classic 58 in the Bright Blue? I am just about tired of trying to find a decent old 58, given up and ordering one of these new ones. But I sure would like some input on them first!
Slowly getting bitten by the .41 bug I guess.
The Highlander
N-Frame-Smooth-Goncalo- Modified Magnas are tough to find...
Desert Rat 416, forget the "beauties". I and many others, love to see "real" M58's, not safe queens. Post those pics!
Had my eye on this one for years. finally talked my uncle into selling it to me.View attachment 96564

Hey guys. I admire the 41 mag also. I like my late 70's M57-6" and 4" M657. I would like to get a decent M58-one to shoot. What should I expect to pay for one? Not many around here. LGS has two-one for about 900 and the other for 1200. Little pricy for me. Thx for your insight.
Thank you sir, I will research that.A few years ago I got lucky and found a shooter for a hair over $500. I guess that your location makes a huge difference on price. I have seen shooter grade guns sell for close to $900 and NIB examples for $1600.
I would bet that someone here on the forum could help you out...I found both of mine through WTB adds here on the forum, and I made some new friends as well![]()
