The “WOW” gun of your collection?

My 6inch 19-2 which came with its box and all the goodies fits that spot for me. Just a beautiful handgun.

I have no need to impress people with my collection. All that does is to increase the possibility that serious people will decide it's worth the trouble to take them.

They are all fantastic, but that Colt "BIRDSEED" is the cream of the crop!:D Spell check can be a bear can't it?

My WOW gun is the 1813 Anschutz I bought from Lones Wigger Jr. (Olympic Gold Medalist and many time National Champion)

Serial number is 001 and has a USAMTU barrel made by Hart out of their Super Select series they did for the AMU.

Yes, it shoots!!!

I’ve found that anytime I place this hand cannon in somebody’s mitts ... Well, “WOW!” seems to be the common response.

M629-3 ... There’s just something about the heft of a 6” N-frame .44 Magnum to make the mind wonder.

As for the one that always grabs me whenever I open the safe?

That’d be my 6” M19-4. I routinely get lost in her bluing.

I have a Springfield Armory 1911 in .45ACP that would get the nod at my house. It has been fully customized by a local guy. I shot it competitively for many years in USPSA matches and carried it on duty too. A close second would be my S&W nickel plated 29-2 or would it be my 6" blued Python purchased new in 1976?
