There is a fast food place I hate, except for;

I hate Micky D's. The fries are OK but that's it.

Today I had a biscuit for breakfast, no lunch and was hustling all day. I was tired and hungry, light headed and needed food. I was on my way to th farm to drop off new spare for the stock trailer and to check zero on my Kimber 7mm-08. My Grandsons scope cross hairs started rotating on the shot where he killed his first deer. I'm gonna let him use my Dad's pre 64 so I needed to make sure mine was on.

The last fast food place leaving town is Micky D's, OK pride leaveth before starvation, I was going to buy 2 of the little buck 19 cheese burgers and drink the bottled water I had.

Back for a limited time, Mc Rib. Ok I'm a Mc Rib junkie, serious junkie. I bought and ate 2, I was stuffed.

If they served it 24x7x365 I'd eat there often. How is it a place where all their other sandwiches miss my good taste buds a mile can make the best fast food, for me, sammmmich in the world?

One place I really wish we had near me is a del taco, just thinking about it almost makes my mouth water. I also want a jack in the box around here that way, if I get a ride home from the bar on the rare nights I decide to drink I can have something to rely on that won't completely murder my bowels. I haven't had a mc rib in a long time, ever since the time I had one and got the flu I've almost swore off of them.

The Rib is the best sandwich MD's ever had, were lucky to have them around here every two years or so, you should have washed them down with a Mocca Frappe.

They were the last McD sandwich to be be sold in a styrofoam box around here otherwise the grease would leak through the bag!

Haven't had fast food in probably a decade. Even back then it was very rarely that I had any kind of fast food. The closest I come is an occasional sandwich from subway

Never did chain fast food, but several years back McDonalds corporate made the decision to have good coffee chainwide. Since then, while traveling, I appreciate seeing the golden arches when the urge for a cup of Joe strikes.

I'll amend the chain food claim and say that while driving on the Italian highway system, I look forward to eating at the AutoGrill restaurants in their rest areas.

maybe soon i'll explore a fast food pit stop. remember when we would stop at a MD's in a small town, last of anything before the ponds we goose hunted. even take extra, hamcheeseegg w/ pickles, it was like eating steak sandwiches @ 4am. to warm the extra sand. were warmed under my armpit. when your hungry about 9, a 1/2 warmed mouth watering cold sand is great. during the non flight time we'd move together and talk/ laugh. one of the guys would usually slip in the corn and unload the shotguns on the new guys. so when a flock would come in all you would hear were clicks on an empty chamber. always knew to check my chamber when getting back to my "spot".

The only McD items I like are the McRib and the fries. But i don't go there much anymore. McD just started their McRib/fries for $3.50.

The only thing I have eaten from McD's in over 15 years is the Egg McMuffin and a hash brown and that's been less than 5 in that time. Subway is about the only "fast food" I will eat. I've had a few grilled chicken salads from Wendi's that are ok.

I pass a McD's every day on the way home from work around 5:30PM and the drive thru is lined out into the street. Hard to believe that many people are willing to eat that stuff.

About the only thing I will hit a Mickeys Dees for is their sausage MacMuffins with cheese and a large black coffee.

A few months ago (at least in my area) they made that item available at all hours.

We will sometimes hit a Subway or Panara. The people at Panara have changed their "Italian" sandwich so much they I will not order it any more, but they still have a decent roast beef item. Other that that unless for a good reason we hit more serious sit down places that use wait staff.

Ive never tried that sandwich, probably will forget to by the time its off menu. Other than a rare but of hash browns, even rarer that I get a sausage biscuit--which ill do sat and sun-gun show.
