Your favorite fast food burger place ??

Freddie's is my wife's favorite. There is a place named Claud's Hamburgers in Tulsa (Since 1928). Even when I was a kid you couldn't get lettuce on a burger there! Claus didn't allow it, and his family kept it that way for years after he died. I still don't put lettuce on my burgers.

By contrast there was a place named Wings (sadly gone) where they put so much stuff on your burger/steak sandwich that one lady was 1/4 way through her steak sandwich before she realized it didn't have the chicken-fried steak on it.

We used to have a place called Conway's Red Top. Only here. Man that place was good, and the burger was the size of the plate.

After that closed, 5 guys is my favorite.
 
I remember the Red Top in Colorado Springs, they put out a great burger!
My Dad would drive us from Denver to Colorado Springs just for a Red Top back in the '40's.
 
When you say "fast food" I assume you mean the in out joints like micky D's and burger king. Using that as criteria, me favorite fast food burger is from Whataburger. Second favorite are the dollar cheeseburgers from Wendy's.

The only problem is it's too close to Warthog BBQ! Sorta fast food!

Noon today I pulled into the Five Guys just down the road from me.
There was no where to park. So I went somewhere else.

FIVE GUYS.
That's my fav.
Ground beef in general does not have a lot of flavor but Five Guys tastes fresh and not like a preformed frozen salt block.
The fries are the best.

When I had my motorcycle and had to stop at a light with McD, Burger King, etc. at the intersection it always STUNK so bad.
 
Have to go with Culver's. Although I have always been partial to Burger King regular hamburgers or a Whopper once in a while.
 
I will take three double cheese Krystal's, a large fry and a Coke

Hot, steamed, fresh off the grill.

Affectionately called the "gut-bomb"
 
Smash Burger then Five Guys next Clown Burger in Haltom City TX. The King Burger is a sight to behold. Last Keller's Drive In on Harry Hines just for the experience.

Define "fast food burger"?
Steak-n-Shake, you sit at a table and are served, but all you'll get is burgers and some other stuff. The Shakes are awesome, too.
 
Here locally It's the Iron Duck, burgers are fresh, never frozen beef, hand forged fries. Traveling We will stop at Steak-and Shake. Hardies has a good burger. The best bar burger was at a local bar, Jack's Hide-Away grease running down to your elbows, severed with ketchup and mustard, onion on a grilled bun and chips.
 
many good choices ...

steak & shake has the best quality , burgers & shakes . burgers are skrimpy but a great eat. no contest on shakes ...they got the best ! their fries are very small but taste like real potatoes . most places dont .

wendy's high quality burgers that even have a sweet taste to them. that shows me they are using very good beef . fries are decent .

burger king is pretty good , that double whopper is always tempting . satis-fries are good also .

white castle cant be replaced if u are craving them ! surprising , i find their fries are really pretty good . and their drinks seem to be very good also . believe they have their syrup turned up so its not all carbon water .

5 guys are good .. little pricy . about equal quality wise to wendys.

mc d's ... maybe bout once a year . gotta build up to it first !
