OK not a Smith & Wesson that I need them for, it's a Winchester Model 70. Does anybody know where I might be able to find a thin profile open end wrench. I'm trying to adjust the trigger and the 1/4" Craftsman open end wrench in my tool chest is just a little to thick to get on the nut and jamb nut individually.

Thanks in advance.

Craftsman used to make small thin wrenchs that were called ignition wrenchs. Don't know if they still sell those or not.

Any set of "ignition wrenches" you might prefer the Snap-On version, they're thinner and forged better than most and won't stretch. But for your application a decent set of 15 and 60 degree's will work.
Ain't we the old farts though? To know that a set of thin ignition wrenches were for changing breaker points in the distributor! Don't get me started on my collection of tappet wrenches?

I have used my set of Craftsman ignition wrenches to adjust several of my M-70's.

Thanks guys, I didn't even think of ignition wrenches. I was thinking specialty gunsmithing tools and searching Brownell's and not having much luck. I went by Sears today and they had the open end set, looks like it will be just the thing to finish the job.
