What to do? Who gets the steak?
Easiest decision in the World, ask your wife which she wants and give it to her. And this isn't to avoid a fight, but just because it is the right thing to do if you really care about her.
Yea right....and if I did that, my wife would be in my face screaming "Who is she????"

Same here-I love pork; bacon, chops (bone in), roast, ribs, ham, etc.

I posted this the day AFTER I grilled and we ate. We split the steak and I had 1/2 a chop with it. We ate chops the next night.
I have a great wife and a great marriage. We don't fuss much, certainly not over food. OP was just for fun.

Where’s the veggies? 
If I asked my wife which one(s) she wanted, I'd get the same answer that I get when I ask where she wants to go out to eat or what movie she wants to see: "Oh, I don't know, what do you want?" (Note: It's a trap, since I should already know the answer!) 
Me: "Do you want fries?"
Ruthie: "No."
Me: "Are you sure?"
Ruthie: "I'm sure."
Person at window: "Here's your order sir and thank you."

Ruthie: "No."
