This holographic sight is so cool.
Both eyes open, you don't have to align your view down a scope, you can forget the sights, whatever that floating red laser dot in the circle is on is where the bullet goes. You can be off to either side of the gun. look through the glass and put the dot on your chosen target and that's what gets hit.
I replaced the bolt in my gun today and took it out to shoot. Now granted, for the picture below I was resting on a table, but at 30yds the projected red dot was the sze of the dark circle. All three shots were within a quarter. At that distance both my son and I shoot our Eotech equipped ARs at empty 12 gauge shotgun shells.
This gun / optic combo can make anybody a good shot, even me.
