Thought for the day

Best as I can discern, she has developed a massive cult following by recycling subtle variations of the same three or four insipid songs ad nauseam. Guess there's some talent in that.

She has a certified IQ of 160. She is a shrewd business woman and has the final say on everything she gets involved in. She's nobody's fool.

I worked for a University for 36 years. In my experience, no amount of IQ makes anyone even remotely infallible. In fact it's frequently quite the opposite. Nor is it representative of how much common sense they have. While I have met a few folks with equal gifts in both IQ and common sense, I have found those people to be very few and far between. That said, I've never heard her speak so I couldn't venture to express an opinion about her specifically.

Not sure what you are implying here. Whether because of IQ or common sense, she is remarkably successful in a very competitive business and has accumulated a massive fan base.

I'd make her a sandwich given the unlikely opportunity.

I am sure she has an army of advisors and accountants and advisors.
She’s one of those women that no man will ever care if whether or not she can cook. 😁

BTW it is well documented that she doesn't use auto tune for live performance and she used it sparingly in the studio early in her career.

I also got this from her longtime bass player Amos Heller who is a close friend to both me and Ruthie.

Years ago I got invited by Amos to come to a closed two hour tour rehearsal in Nashville. During breaks I got to chat and cut up with the band and crew. Amos is a born comedian.

She was quite engaging and easy to make laugh.

Right now, men are not on the top of her list. I just hope that one day she doesn't wake up and realize that she missed love for success and money. She will end up an old maid with billions of dollars and all the friends that money can buy but, no love.
