I can't find any reviews on Underwood's 100gr 38 special maximum expansion round. Anyone here have any experience with it? How well does it stack up against the tried and true 158gr lswchp?

Not this specific offering but Underwood is one of the very few factory loaded brands I buy, and I buy it because it has never failed to produce or exceed the fps stated on the box. I always get low stats from it too.

I actually think I have a box of that and if Im right its a Lehigh bullet and theyre another manufacturer whos bullets are very well regarded so when you combine Underwood and Lehigh Id say that the chances of it doing what they claim are pretty high and as far as it outperforming the good old 158gr lswchp, again, Id bet my money on the Underwood and that Lehigh bullet.
Ive shot Underwood ammo in 9mm, 357mag, 10mm and 44mag and keep a sizable stash of all of those calibers.

Good stuff.
