Time passes on.....

Mr grandfather told my dad that he and his generation were soft and doomed to failure. My dad said the same to my brother, sister and me. I have never uttered that defeatist bilge to my kids or grandkids.

So, by all means, let's return to those thrilling days of yesteryear before MRIs, PET scans, CT scans, pacemakers, stents, lasik and week old intel.

Most every car seemed to get half the gas mileage for the last half of the car gas tank. I believe it was built into the car that way so the tank wouldn't collect a lot of condensation and water down the last half tank of gas. They had it all figured out I guess. LOL
