Titanium bushing question??

I picked up a pre-owned Model 952-2 recently, I am the 3rd owner and the pistol has been shot regulary. I have no idea of a round count?

In taking down the pistol for cleaning I noticed that I am able to rotate the titanium bushing and lift it out of the slide with relative ease.

I also own a 952 (no dash) which has the same bushing and I am unable to remove the bushing from the slide. This pistol is in like new condition and I am the second owner. I doubt this one has seen much if any use prior to my aquisition.

Curious if the bushing should be able to be removed/replaced with ease???

The bushing on my 952-1 can be removed by tilting it in it's mount.

I owned a very early 952 and have other PC guns with that bushing. All the bushings are easily removable. ymmv
