Took the new purchases to the range...

Yesterday Caryn, her son, and I took both Sterlings and my Delta Elite to the range.
Short day, only brought 350 rounds with us.
First off, the Sterlings are GREAT plinkers.
34 round mags, fairly cheap 9mm ammo, and a gun you could put the butt against your nose and fire.
Yes, almost no recoil. 9mm out of a firearm that weighs somewhere between 6 and 7 lbs.
Accurate enough for fun out to 150 yards, unique looks, dead simple design.
They ran thru the cheap remington ammo like water.

I do believe that I will be investing in tax stamps.
These things cry out for a short barrel and suppressor.
With that done... they could be supreme home defense carbines.

Oh yea... the Delta was a BLAST also.
