Wasn't as bad as it could have been. Property damage but no fatalities reported so far.

Hope all our members, their families, and their friends in the area are safe. My family was very lucky! Tornados went on each side of us. We are only about 10 minutes from DFW Airport, (between the Airport and Dallas), and it is still closed. We were ready to get in our "hidey hole" and they passed us by. Lots of homes and property destroyed but no loss of life so far. News said there were at least a half dozen different tornados.

Very fortunate!

Missed me, but TV shows a lot of damage in Lancaster, south of Dallas.

The weatherman said one storm passed near downtown, but in the Park Cities and nearby, we missed all but severe thunderstorms.

My daughter has to drive a long way to her teaching job, and I always worry about her at times like this.

I worked right through all the action. My daughter, who works at a bank in Arlington, sent me a text from inside the bank vault asking if I was OK. OK? What's wrong? A tornado touched down two blocks from her location.

I don't like working in building with no windows.

We saw wind and rain but no severe weather down south of DFW. Prayer for those with losses but so far have not heard of any major injuries. I do think God was watching over us today.
