Touchy subject, death & wills, your possessions?

Another thing to consider is "Location." My dilemma is my daughter who also lives in the free State of Arizona has little interest in firearms. My son, who is a fellow gun enthusiast, lives in the anti-gun sewer called California. In other words, I have mixed feelings whether my daughter will sell them off or if they go to my son, the chance that they will end up as recycled steel on their way to China.

Guns make up only small portion of my 'stuff' (and I own around 50 rifles/shotguns/pistols/revolvers). I've got an equal or greater amount of tools, hand and power, that will need to be disposed of. Oh, and a 1993 Harley Davidson, a 1976 Jeep CJ5, and a few other 'toys' that will need to go to someone's home.

I have a living trust, so how to dispose of my belongings is spelled out. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that will happen if my wife precedes me in death. But then, it won't matter to me when I'm dead. And I'm really hoping it isn't the last thing that goes through my mind before death. I have better things I would chose to take into eternity....
