Triple lock refinish??

My triple lock is a 455 converted to AR by shortening the cylinder. Also has front sight polished down. Many proof stamps and nicks. Should I have new sight pinned and refinish?

+1 for Kamerer's sentiments.
It's a highly personal decision. My TL is in the string he posted, and I do not regret having it re-nickeled, but your mileage may vary. And I doubt I could easily recover my costs, but I did it for my own reasons, no concern that it would increase or decrease the value.
Can you post a couple photos ?
