There's a model 66 2 1/2 on the big auction site that is showing target hammer and trigger. The seller e-mailed me a pic of the box and tt and th are checked.
It seems a bit strange to put these features on a snubbie. Was this done very much?

can't edit the thread title. It's a 66 not a 60.

I'd be curious to know what dash number the 66 has. The target hammer and trigger were options on the 66 but very rarely seen on the 2 1/2" except as a later owner added addition.

It was a no dash. Looking at the pics it was pretty pristine but not un-fired. Went for $950. Had the box and goodies with it.

Me and a friend were watching the gun on GB and I just thought the idea of th and tt on a snub was a bit strange. Little bit leary of it myself.

peepaw,

I'm just guessin' here but I think the TH and TT you mention on a no-dash 66 were probably installed after they were delivered to the guns original owner. Those options on a 2 1/2", especially a no-dash, would be very rare.

If you're still interested you may want to check with forum moderator snw357_19 for an opinion. He's one of the K frame magnum specialists here and has done a lot of research on them...
