Actually, the frame is a work in progress. We had just received the banner and were checking it for size. In that picture it is attached to what will be the lower rung. We hadn't cut the vertical poles yet as we were waiting until we got the banner to ensure they were cut to the correct size. It will look different when it is complete. In the end there will be a PVC frame around the banner.

Hey great sign, nice job!! just remember to NOT "glue" the plastic pipe together ( just use self tapping small screws,in any 'critical location)
