What a joke of a company! They cashed my check 3 months ago and I still have not received my 1 single T-Grip and they won't even be courteous enough to respond to my emails.

Boy I've dealt with piss-poor service before, but this outfit is about the worst I've dealt with. I can't imagine what lame excuse they could have for these ridiculous lead times. They need to sell their business to someone who actually has a clue about how to run a manufacturing business.

Have any of you guys actually received any T-Grips from them in the last 3 months?

I ordered two for J frames a few weeks ago. They came in the mail last week.

I gave up on Tyler and went with BK.

Mine took about 3 weeks after check was cashed. I would contact them.

Rulers not changed

About 3-4 years ago I ordered 2 T Grips from Tylers, it took about 4-5 months for them to ship out order. They have a good product but, wow they are slow.

I gave up on Tyler and went with wrangler5, BK Grips, some time ago. Good product at a reasonable price and good customer service.

I just received 5 T grips 1 J frame, 3 K frame and 1 N frame. I ordered them on 1-24-13. They look nicer to me than some of the older ones I have. They are a great product. They just need to learn how to communicate with their customers.

I posted about this before. Then, just yesterday I got my order, and immediately replied to my original post.

I agree about the poor customer service and lack of response, but at least in the end they DO come thru.

Their product is exceptional and don't forget they are the original. Others are only copies. Also, as I understand it the others are not exactly on solid ground either.

I just mailed another order to them today, so that surely confirms my satisfaction in the quality of their product.

How fast you get an item depends on what they are making at the time and what they have left over from the last run. If you order a #1 and they just finished the run of #1s last week and shipped them all out and are now working on #2s it may be a "while" before they can get back to the #1s again.

When one orders a T-Grip one just has to know it is "coming in this lifetime" and don't sell the gun before it arrives...and even if you sell the gun you can mark up the T 20% and still sell it in an hour.

I ordered mine March 11th. It arrived yesterday.
