Tyler-T

I ordered a Tyler grip for an N-frame back in 2018 and while it allegedly shipped, I never received it. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them ever again. Have dealt with BK since and will continue to- very happy with them.

I ordered 2 several months ago. No product in hand. Had I known about all these problems I would not have ordered from them. Now I guess I'll just wait in line. ZZzzz. Won't make the same mistake twice.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this convoluted "refund" policy right, but it sounds like they will only refund your money if they haven't shipped your item yet, and then they will keep the $8.75 shipping for the item they never shipped.

I will likewise offer this to anyone here - send me 45 bucks and I will send you back 37.50. It'll take a while though.

I ordered one from Robertson Trading Post the other day. Hopefully their service is okay...I wanted to try the BK one in black, but was turned off by PayPal as the only way to pay. I wont deal with Paypal if I can avoid it. They are anti gun.

I've had the same experiences as many others w/Tyler T and stopped doing business w/them. BK Grip Adapters, a member of this Forum if memory serves, makes a superior product and their customer service is top notch.

I have purchased from them a dozen times and so far so good.

So slow......YES.

But a little research would tell you that before you order.

Just sent them an order last week and will be surprised when it arrives. Who doesn't like a surprise?

Cost of doing business for the real deal.

I've had two from Robertson's. The fit on the first was awful and off it went to regions unknown. The second I got fits perfectly and I'm very happy with it. Since it was going on a stainless gun I wanted the polished version.

I also recently bought a BK adapter for my 19-3 and it's flawless, excellent product- I hope a polished offering comes along at some point.

Well it finaly showed up. Finally got in the mindset that I'll never see my dollars again or a Tyler, but a trip to the mail box reveled a package I wasent expecting...

Guess I'll have to find a set of magnas...

Horrible communication auctully none at all lol but it showed up

Erik, 7 months wait is totally unacceptable. I waited 10 months for my last one a few years ago.

I for one will never buy from them ever again. There are better options now.

What's amazing to me is that people will routinely pay high prices for OEM vintage S&W grips, vintage aftermarket grips, King sights, vintage Millet sights, etc.

But $75 for a vintage Tyler Adapter online?

The Earth will stop spinning, gravity will cease, and we will all be cast into the void.

If you want "the real deal" just like you remember from back in the day, online sites abound with them and they are readily available.

Just my $.02 and no, I don't order directly from Tyler either.

I very much like the BK adapters and their fantastic and fast service. However, a good shooting friend told me that if I want a Tyler I should only order them when I really do not need them and then order a J,K, L, and N frame one because eventually I will have enough revolvers to put them on.

That is were I got mine from, decent price, decent turn around time, no problems.

I finally got my Tyler T grip for a Ruger Speed Six yesterday in the mail, 18 months after I ordered it
