Typical Altamont grips turnaround time?

I imagine I'm being kind of picky here...but do any past Altamont customers have and feedback on typical ETA on orders? I made an order for a few grips on Sat, got an immediate automated response stating my order # and that I would receive a response from them in a day or so. As of today (wed), I haven't received anything yet. I sent out an email this morning...but nothing on that either.

I've purchased a number of grips from them, although it's been a while...as I recall, they were prompt and responsive. You might be better off calling them.
