Ugh....Just got back from Emergency Room minus 3/4" of index finger....

Funny how many of us want the pix, we are a gruesome lot, eh? But seriously, best wishes to you on a speedy recovery, sir. Take care.

:)

Shoo,

I lost about 1/4" of my left hands middle finger to a biscuit joiner. The two ajoining fingers were also damaged, but not as badly. Had a great surgeon, who numbed my entire hand...then apologized for the pain that was going to come next. After he cleaned up the mess, he sutured up my muscle/skin to cover the bone. The sutures were driven through my finger nail. Trust me, I felt it plenty....

Take care, it'll take a longer time then you think to heal...so treat yourself well.

Shoo, That's terrible get well. You may need a load of Jack Danial's pain medication. I made it 40 years in a machine shop with all 10 digits intact, knock on wood. I really feel for you brother I know the pain an end-mill can cause.

OUCH!!! And here's one person that does NOT want to see pics! Get well soon!

Glad it's not your trigger finger but how are ya gonna pick your nose?:D

I am sorry to hear about you injury, it's not funny, just trying to make you laugh. Guess if it had to happen, better at work so you get good coverage and care for it. Take care.

Sorry to hear about the finger .... I am glad that its not the trigger finger tho.
For pain reliever, remember 2 words ...... " Woodford Reserve". Take double shots as needed ....... you deserve it.
Get better soon.

Dang Shoo!! I sure hate to hear this and hope you'll heal up quick and trouble free. As others have said, dont push it, let your body heal.

I know it has to hurt, take care and keep it up above the heart to help with the pain. Get well soon, John

Randy,
Really sad to hear you report this. I wish you a quick and healthy recovery!

Randy,

That hurts to even think about it! However, I know it won't affect the fine craftsmanship of your products. Just a momentary setback for a guy with your positive attitude. Hope it heals up and the pain subsides as soon as possible.

John

Hang in there and use your meds to stay ahead of the pain.

Macho don't count for nuthin'. Do as you are told.

Prayers for a quick healing.
On the other hand (pun intended), you should be able to get a discount on your next pair of gloves....

Shoo, Sorry to hear about the accident, hope it isn't hurting too much now(meds) Don't be in a big hurry to return to work, heal up.
