Never thought I would see the day when Taurus revolvers garnered more respect than S&W revolvers.
They can't really make it "right" after making it wrong because they won't compensate for the hassle. When you pay top dollar for a product, you expect to get a quality. It has not happened to me with any Smith products, but if it did, I would be quite sore about it. I wouldn't expect that kind of record from Taurus.The S&W Performance Center is no longer in existence. It is simply a name added to specific inventory more or less a marketing item.
I will say it does sound strange to have this kind of luck with three separate purchases. S&W will make it right.
