My go to revolver. Please excuse the $10 numrich service grips with the home made screw but they fit me well.

Here's my un-fluted cylinder, 629-1 Classic Hunter 1 of 5000 (BBC2892). This was the first run and I bought it brand new in 1988. I lost it for a few years (sold it to my brother during a divorce), but got it back again (minus the original box) when he had some financial difficulties.

This is it in it's original form with the original factory Hogue grips. I've since replaced them with a nice set of targets.

I've mentioned this many times in the past but I still cannot get over Smith & Wesson using an aftermarket Hogue MonoGrip that obscures their corporate logo. It just doesn't make sense especially when you consider that they paid Hogue to make one with S&W logos and dual speedloader cutouts for their round-butt guns.
