Unique Model 19

Here in SC I think you could expect 750 for a pretty, nicely functioning Model 19 with no lock and factory reworked. What are you going to find new at that price that is a better revolver?

Unfortunately, the values listed in printed books is outdated by the time the book is published.

True for anything. But it'll get ya close, IMO.

I never "troll". I do yank a chain now & then...............

My point is, I believe you're overvaluing this gun by a good bit. People who do that often overpay for used guns, especially at gun shows. Those are the folks that sellers love to interact with. If you disagree with that, that's fine. I don't get upset over trivial issues on-line.

Really need to have the gun in hand to accurately gauge its condition.
The best way to judge a reblue is by viewing it from the other side because an excellent reblue might be hard to detect but a poor one would have obvious dishing where the sideplate fits.
Can you post a clear pic of the right side?

I'm going to the "Big Lakeland Gun Show" in 2 weeks. That gun would be on a table with an $1195 tag on it, open to negotiations of course. It might be at the next couple shows but eventually it would move. Joe
