I've leaned more towards IDPA recently, but still maintain my USPSA RO status. My go to guns are either my S&W 627 pro or one of my 1911s, DW Specialist Commander or S&W E series.

I've only gone once. I WILL go back though. My focus isn't points, it's just "getting off the X" and shooting unfamiliar targets. It's as close as I want to get, to an actual gunfight. I don't memorize the targets. I used my Sig 224 .40. Since I don't care about points, I wonder whether they'll allow a Five-seveN?

Unfortunately minimum caliber is 9x19 Luger in most divisions, .38/357 in revolver.
