Usual turn-around at S&W?

Senders can usually re-direct shipments (usually costs more so maybe that's why they didn't want to do it) but also as the receiver you can tell the carrier to hold at certain sort facilities.

When I called S&W and spoke w/ Paul (again? yes, again?). He had no explanation why our agreement was junked. He said he would contact FedEx to redirect the shipment to my work. At least he didn't say the check was in the mail!

Paul has said a lot of things but my only other option is to pick it up at the sort facility which is an 80 mile round trip.

Thanks for the info, sickf4i.

If memory serves... didn't a Big Cheese Whizz at S&W instruct the service guys to do whatever it took to make you happy? If so.... I guess this is 'As Good as it Gets'.
