I will get pictures on Friday or Saturday. What is the value of a 99%+ Model 10 no dash 3 " blued with diamond walnut grips, 4 screw. It is in a box (correct time period) but says 4 inch. I will check on Saturday if the box matches he revolvers serial number. I believe it has the tools unopened in a bag and the vapor paper. What is the approximate value? Thank you

It's got to be hard to get a reply when you are competing with a hot RM thread. I almost hate to bring this up, but did you measure the barrel from the front of the cylinder or from the front of the frame? The difference is about 1 inch. I say I hate to bring it up because you may already know this and I would rather not insult your intelligence. It is a mistake a lot of people make though. The barrel length could change the value estimates.

It sounds like it has a lot going for it. 3" sure would raise the value. They are a hot thing.
I use G.B. to get ballpark values on guns. Look at similar guns(in every way) Review what they actually SOLD FOR ONLY! If people are asking $1,000,and no bids, what does that tell you? Let us know your outcome with the 10. Bob

My first thought was; Were there 3" no dash Model 10s

SCS&W page 173 says ......."yes" by special order...... not a cataloged item until the 80s.

Should increase the value a bit, if it letters!

I am travelling for work and will not be able to look at the revolver until Friday/Saturday. I think the box is period correct but I do not remember if there is a serial number on it. I'll post pictures when I can of the revolver and the box.

Is that a swapped barrel? I do not recall anything but standard diameter barrels on the no dash models, and the box says 4".
