Just aquired from estate of freind who passed away a Model 650 3" round butt, 22 Mag w/factory supplied 22LR cylinder. Gun is like new with factory box and manuals. I have tried various searches but have not been able to find a true value of this gun. I was able to find many listings/auctions for the Model 651 which has adjustable sites and while not common a fair amout chaning hands. Your thought swould be appreicated, Thanks Rom

With the prices on 651's going crazy, I would bet that your 650 will bring 6-700 easily. Pictures would be a big help....condition is everything. That extra cylinder is a nice addition too.

I agree, that gun would be worth at least $700 with the extra cylinder. I have one without the 22LR option (I wish I had that extra cylinder) and I would not part with it for less than that.

I am not usually the one who gives the high estimate, but I think a NIB 650 with both cylinders would bring $750-800, or more.

I'm with Alan.Though my preference would be for the adjustable sight 651,I could see a 650 bringing the same money.
A two cylinder Smith is just a cool idea(does anyone actually use both?) and not something that has been produced in a while.

There is no doubt it will bring serious dollars. I have a 651 with both cylinders that is not in the box that is a little pricey. I have shot the long rifle cylinder, but never the magnum. I guess it is an eye catcher that people like. It would be interesting to see the high bid on that 650.
