While looking through the news today this article caught my attention. As a hunter I was always keeping an eye on safety, a lot of injuries or deaths are due to falling out of deer stands or ladder failures. Never had I thought of dying from a bear falling out of a tree!!
Situational awareness or plain common sense would of prevented this.

Some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you. I think this one is a draw, though.

The outcome is unfortunate, but the situation itself is a hoot. How did he get in that position? I really doubt he was under the tree when the bear climbed it.
