VRBO gets new skylight

This home sustained damage that could have happened to any home in our mountain community. However, the tree that initially broke and crashed into the others and caused the damage was dead and posed a threat to the power lines nearby for sometime. The owner ignored this, which was preventable, and now has a mess to deal with.

Renters caught this home on fire in February 2024 by leaving a fire pit unattended.

A company came out and removed debris from the home but left limbs and the upper portion of trunks scattered across that yard and the yard of the home below ours.
