Wal Mart: Federal Versus WWB

Federal for me. No problems, ever! Then again, I've never had any problems with the WWB either. I go for the best price for the range.

I started using Federal Champion Ammo about 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. For Range ammo (informal plinking), I would buy what ever is the least expensive, shoots and functions well in your gun.

22 LONG RIFLE:

I will say that the Federal Champion .22LR is about the best of the "Big Three" Rimfire fodder, and the Remington is the worst. Winchester is in the middle.
