Walmart Federal .223 100ct. box experience?

gonna have to seriously consider reloading. Everywhere here in the Bay Area is out or really expensive. My buddy reloads and constantly tells me what he is paying per round. With .223 the margin wasn't as great but now it is sure starting to look like it makes sense and would assure consistent supply of ammo.
Well, yes and no. During the great ammo shortage of 2008/9 it was difficult to even get reloading components. Primers were especially scarce and when I could find them there was usually a purchase limit.

Walmart Federal .223

I did the Wallmart Store ammo check and it doe's show a few stores in my area that have limited supplies in stock as of today (12/26) so I'm about to head out the door! :D

I'm new here wanted to say hello! and I found the 100 rounds of .223 at only a few Walmarts, I bought what they had (only 2 boxes here and there of what they had left)but when you go on the web sights they are not showing what stores have it in stock like they used to,and Cabela's is sold out of almost everything

My WalMart has Federal .223 55gr fmj 100ct. boxes for $34.95 which seems like a pretty decent price for brass ammo.

Anyone used it before and have any opinions on it - good, bad or indifferent?

I might run out at lunchtime and buy a couple boxes.

Thanks!

My only problem with it was the box was missing about 900 rounds; other than that, it was perfect.:D
