Well, yes and no. During the great ammo shortage of 2008/9 it was difficult to even get reloading components. Primers were especially scarce and when I could find them there was usually a purchase limit.gonna have to seriously consider reloading. Everywhere here in the Bay Area is out or really expensive. My buddy reloads and constantly tells me what he is paying per round. With .223 the margin wasn't as great but now it is sure starting to look like it makes sense and would assure consistent supply of ammo.
