Sounds like you don't have to go into the lounge, just be in the parking lot at 3:30 am.
It is possible that the lounge wasn't even open. In my region, there seem to be individuals who gather in parking lots and party till the wee hours. There is no shortage of alcohol, drugs, whatever, leading to the inevitable arguments, fights, knifings, shootings, homicides, whatever.
This often happens throughout the week. Makes me wonder how the individuals involved can get up the next morning and make it to work on time?
They don't work!!!! they spend their unemployment $$$ and welfare checks on the drugs and booze...JMHO..

Both the vape and hookah lounges are getting a sideways glare due to an unwillingness to understand what these things are and are not.
just a year ago, there was no shortage of complaints about the youths tendency to have their noses glued to a smartphone.
Now some of them are hanging out in venues such as this getting actual factual face time off the LCD screen.
I'm not sure that it is progress but it is at least a trade.
