You're absolutely right; I need more coffee!It does have a solid back but it is an automatic. I judge this by the fact that it started working when I shook it. And it says automatic right under the word Omega.

Don't use a Keurig or we'll have a whole mess on our hands.
I did a little more searching and found this completed listing on ebay. It appears they sometimes marked the case under the band.

I was going to mention Mark Sirianni as well. My brother has had him service a couple vintage watches.
I contacted him about servicing an old Omega but he told me that the cost to renew the face was not worth the value of the watch . Honest guy.
Your Seamaster is probably worth $800 to $1k I would guess_estimate.
Add extra for the box.
Is that a bump automatic or fully automatic movement?
When you rock it back and fort,does it feel like it bumps back and forth inside ?

For what it is worth, I was quoted $1,100 to service my vintage Rolex GMT Master that was losing time. It had not been serviced in years.
