We desperately need a manly thread.

Last week, at the cigar lounge. 10 guys sitting, telling lies, puffing away. The TV gets turned on, and conversation comes to a halt, to watch a VACUUM CLEANER INFOMERCIAL. I left soon after, men ain't what we used to be....

Doesn't that depend on who is selling the vacuum cleaner?

No manly thread is complete without a Chuck Norris reference:

Feeling insecure?! :p

You're not one of those guys who has his truck jacked up so high that he needs a ladder to reach the bed... with two giant smoke stacks sticking up behind the cab, are you? ;)

Now then, I need help picking a color for my new window curtains....

I do my manicures with a 4" stiletto.

I haven't looked at the cast iron skillet thread yet, but I do use cast iron cookware.

I like this forum, I got tired of all the "I just got my Shield" on the M&P forum. I was on the KTOG forum and I got tired of the same subjects over and over. I was on the 1911 forum and I got tired of that also.

Here you get the prospective of a lot of things (no politics) from men and women who share a common interest in firearms.

Boys,

Ole Doc Taylor decided in was time for a bicuspid to be donated at his dental practice. 1 1/2 hours later he "thinks" he got the broken root out of the sinus cavity. He used hammer, chisel, bearing puller, knife (scapel I think they call it)Pry bar and tire tool, and all the force a 240 lb. man can use. Now, this is about as manly as I get. He said "You may experience a little discomfort when the navicaine wears off."

Yours for more sedation in dentistry.

Many can also be sexist. We must understand that women are also great fans of the shooting sports, and we should leave room for them and their interests in our threads. Plus a little refinement and appreciation of the gentle things in life never hurt any man.

Are you really in TX?
