The thread about converting guns to .32 caliber that I contributed to years back so, today I got the model 15, the K22 barrel I had Alan Siegrist bore out and rifle for .32 caliber(1 year) and the K22 cylinder I had Andy Horvath ream to .327 Federal(about 9 months) back in todays post. I didn't have Amdy reblue it because it came to me with a deep LEO marking on the side plate nor did I have him redo the caliber on the barrel(it will never leave my possession) I've dreamed of one of these since I first read Skeeter Skelton's articles about this caliber. The reason I chose the .327 Fed is because I live in a small town in central Illinois and manged to find a box of 25 Hornaday .32 H&R magnum at a local Big R store(the only .32 revolver shells in town). I may decided to send it off to Idaho for a reblue in the future, after the newness wears off a bit?
The model 15 came to me as a gift many years back, the K22 barrel was in my S&W tub in the basement and the K22 cylinder I was lucky enough to find on Ebay but, it's all together now!
