We’ve adopted a SASQUATCH!

There is a "family" of them cut out of plywood along the road near here. I've never seen anyone slam on brakes, but my wife and look for them as we go by. Hard to see them this time of year with the leaves out, but it's pretty neat looking in fall and winter.

Yours will be GREAT!

And it’s even gun related! For years, my wife has wanted a Squatch for a wooded area between my barn and the road. And it had to be BIG. Our goal was to hide it a little but cause people to just barely catch a glimpse of it and say “whoa, did you see that?!?” and turn around for a better look. [emoji41]

We’ve looked at a few but were settling into the probability of me jig sawing one out of 3/4 plywood, then she would paint it.

And then we found it, the mother of all things Squatch!! It’s 8’ tall and will require me to install footings and a concrete slab (working out the details on that yet). It was a silly amount of money but I realized that, over the years I’ve spent a lot money on guns and other very expensive “collections” and really wanted her to have it. I plan to have it installed in about 2-3 weeks.

Here’s my wife with her yet to be named Sasquatch …..

That’s awesome Mark, and it will look great where you’re going to put it!

I can’t wait until you post pictures of your next addition to your collections! :)
