These two Kahr pistols in .40 S&W predate my current J-frame pocket pistol.

You got me thinking!

It has to be my 38/380. And that makes perfect sense to you if you routinely carry two. One of each. The selection of varies.

Lately I've gone back to my Model 27-2 over my Glock19. I've NEVER felt undergunned!

Usually carry a .40 cal Ruger SR40c. That not to say there isn't a place and time for my Model 19 4" or on a hot summer day my LCP. By far, the .40 serves most of my CC needs.

Keltec pf9 or my sd9ve around town. Roger gp100 in the woods with 180gr heavys.

Another vote for 9mm and for what it is worth in a M&P Shield.

Sold my Sig P226 in 91 and bought one of the first HK P7M10's chambered in .40s&w. Have carried a .40s&w caliber pistol since then, and currently carry a Shield 40.

I'm not surprised that .38 Special and 9mm are the top two. :)

S&W 325, 2.5 in. barrel, AirLite PD 45 ACP. Lite, accurate, durable, and powerful in a FBI forward cant pancake holster. Love a S&W wheel gun.
