And raise you a pair of 1006s.![]()
Great guns there...I'll try to ignore the square trigger guards. With all that excess metal how hard would it be to round it off?
I really like the look of the square trigger guard with the no-step frame on your 4506's BMCM, reminds me of a 3906. Congrats on a second one, I'll have to keep my eye out for a transitional like this (though I prefer the fixed sights).
Hmmm....?

Well, how about two of 'em

My Postman brought me the #71 gun today. I imagine these two could have both been built the same day being only 31 digits apart.
I sure am liking these transitional guns...Going to be on the lookout for a 4566 now
Might have to start working on my dual wielding skills too![]()

I do have a scheme in mind for some stuff in the parts bin. Namely, a spare fixed sight slide assembly I acquired a while back and new never fitted R3 barrel along with a few other doodads I've got scattered aboutMight involve some molten salts and bubbling nitrogen too for that two tone goodness.
Cheers
Bill
There's a NIB beauty of a 4506 transitional up on that auction site right now with a buy-it-now that's not totally unreasonable. Piggybacking on your thread, Bill, and just hoping someone here might jump on it....
