I have been reading articles about the Kirk assassination and the ongoing investigation. When reading the comments below some articles I've noticed animosity often flares up in comments and replies to some comments. Several times I have read someone calling someone else a "19%er". It often sounds as though it is an accusation or a mockery of the other party's beliefs. There is usually a political aura of "The Left" vs "The Right" in these exchanges. What does it mean for someone to be a "19%er"?

That they're just a bit better than an 18%er?
According to my sources it represents the percentage of people exposed to "gender inequality." No idea if that percentage is accurate or how gender inequality is measured or determined.

There's been a lot of use of the term 80/20 issues. Meaning 80 percent of Americans are in favor of something ie. border security, law enforcement, men NOT playing woman's sports etc…… I'd guess it's in reference to that emphasizing a particular issue is even more lopsided than 80/20.
