What do you accumulate besides Guns, Ammo and Waistline?

Other than ammunition I collect hickory, pecan and mahogany lumber. My wife collects everything on QVC.

I seem to have come up with a few of these. Used to be everywhere but unfortunately they made great targets. Most are over 100 years old.

I have 6 of them.

20 some years ago I worked for a carpet cleaning company. I was cleaning a move out one day and I commented on the guy's set of insulators. I guess they were the Xwife's because he said "I've got no use for them you want 'em take 'em" so I did.

I was also given a wood topped kitchen table from Sears that's still in use and a bunch of pins from the 1992(?) Olympics that are apparently collector's items. Those were given to me by the wife of the President of the U.S. Olympic committee.

I really try not to accumulate stuff anymore. The first 15 years I was married my wife and I accumulated a bunch of junk that we just had to have and we ended up having to get rid of when we moved from. 3500 sq foot house to a 720 sq foot apartment.

I even sold off over half of my "collection" of guns over the last few years.

The one habit I can't seem to break is buying books. I found out I could buy the same Landmark books I checked out of the school library on EBay and I've been going through and picking up my favorites.

These days, grey hairs. I have a collection to rival most over 65, the problem is I haven't even hit 40 yet.

I havent hit fifty, and having blonde hair doesnt help. The whites are showing more and more these days.

Safety razors, straight razors and stuff related to shaving :o

Converse 'Sailor Jerry' hi tops. They made a number of limited runs of different color and original Sailor Jerry tattoo 'flash' (art) combinations for a short time. I've got about 15 pairs, all different, I'm trying to collect as many as I can find, no idea how many different styles were made. Very hard to find them NIB, most of the time I keep an eye on Ebay for lightly used ones. Of course, I only buy them in my size so it's a wearable collection!

Off topic, but alde, my uncle Gene Moore was a LTjg on the USS Scamp, which was sunk off the coast of Japan, Dec., 1944. Let me know if you have ever heard of or have information on this submarine.

Sorry, OP.

About 10 years ago, I started picking up vintage money clips, find some interesting examples on E-bay for small money. A few years ago I picked up a Tiffany & company sterling silver clip for $25.00 - $30.00. It was in as new condition, except it was engraved with a date.

I rotate all of them through general use. I find it a nice way to keep my cash handy. No wad of wrinkled bills in pocket or having to did out my wallet to pay of something.

I'm accumulating books of WWII pictures, especially the color ones. As the vets die, the families are finding rolls of film and printed pictures never seen before. Many are finding their way into books...and I buy them.

The books also support my model building: ships, planes, tanks, artillery...

BMW 80s and 90s K series motorcycles. Currently own eight of them.
Yes, they all run and are ridable.

Fishing equipment. 50 years worth. Stuff that I know I'll never use but can't make myself get rid of. And I keep buying new rods and reels.
