When I do lawns,I prefer using a rake.I guess rakes are going the way of the Dinosaur?? I hate those leaf-blowers.

Same here. I can't figure out how to blow them out of corners & up next to the house. I can do it just as fast with a rake. No extension cords or high-pitched whine.

As an allergy sufferer, I really don't like to stir up all the junk.

Besides, raking is soothing to the soul.

Smart phones. I hate how they make people in social situations. I do own one, but I try to use it sparingly in social situations. I sometimes think of abandoning it for something simpler.

Now understand this is a new pet peeve in the last few years. Kill on recognition any idiot who tells me, that as a Prostate Cancer survivor (so far), that I have "the good cancer". It is killing me by the day, and I don't have many days left. Care to trade ???
