What guns do you carry the most?

Either a HK P2000 (.40 S&W) in a Comp-Tac IWB or a 342Ti in a Nemesis pocket holster.

As of late my Sigma 40 GVE, but since I got my Mustang back I might consider carrying it on occasion. Then again my Springfield XD Tactical .45 depending on the circumstances.

P3AT when I'm home, Taurus 605 with bobbed hammer when I'm on the road. Usually carried in combo with Glock 36 or 19 when weather and clothing permit.

Either my S & W 1911ES or my Citadel compact. In really hot weather my Model 60 in .38 Special sees some carry.

Either my S&W Model 60 or my Kimber Ultra Carry. Both serve the purpose well.:D

Always - S&W Model 60 in .38 Spl.
In addition, I frequently carry a Springfield Champion in .45 ACP (Commander clone), a Colt Officer's ACP in .45 ACP, or a 2.5" Python (less frequently due to concerns about it going into a "rust locker," should I need to deploy and use it). I recently purchased a new Colt Lightweight Government Model in .45 ACP, and I foresee it pulling quite a bit of duty once I have had a chance to break it in. I sometimes carry other guns, including a 4" 19-2 and a 4" 15-3, but I have retired my 4" Python and 6" custom tuned Python permanently from defensive carry duty, again due to concerns about their treatment should they go to an evidence locker in case of a shooting, however unlikely that may be.

98% of the time a Colt Commander in .38 Super...daily since 1980.

The other 2% would be:
Beretta Cheetah .22
KelTec .32
S&W 657 MG or M58 in .41 Magnum
Taurus Titanium Tracker .41 Magnum
S&W 60-10 3" .357 Magnum (canoeing, fishing, backpacking)
S&W 6906 (long distance cross country travel)

S&W model 13 with round butt and four inch barrel.

Worn in a Galco OWB and easily covered with just a t-shirt.

despite having any number of pistols from huge to mini I always seem to revert back to my j-frame

Normally one of these, S&W 642, 637, Ruger LCR with boot grip,and/or Ruger LCP. On a trip my Glock 23 either on me or in my Truck with a 38 on me also.

Recently it's been a S&W M&P .45 .... It feels a bit heavy to me, but I think it may just take some getting used too.

My 642 is king in the summer. In the winter my 686 is my first choice, second choice is Glock 22 4th Gen.

I have taken to carrying my S&W 6946 with a flat magazine floor plate in a UGB IWB holster. It carries really well.
